We have a unique opportunity for an aspiring or established property professional to join our Large Format Retail Leasing team. Based in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD premises, you will be working alongside the market leader in Large Format Retail Leasing and be part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to provide quality leasing solutions to large format retail clients.The value you’ll add: Identifying and building relationships with prospective LFR tenants and landlords in the marketEstablishing and maintaining high presence in the market Conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients Creating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients Collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities Maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities
